Sportimpakt is an organisation developed by the researchers and experts affiliated with the University of Warsaw. It arose from our passion of change of what sport might contribute to. Our goal is to support the sports sector.

Diagnosis and planning
We conduct social diagnosis, including participatory spatial planning. The researchers from our team were the first in Poland to conduct community needs diagnosis regarding investments in sports infrastructure and recreational areas. Furthermore, we conducted local participatory studies on sports conditions in two provinces.
Project design
We support organisations in establishing theories of change and helping them to choose adequate strategies and tools that will make it work. Due to broad proficiency in including a broad set of beneficiaries, Sportimpakt provides strong theoretical and practical backgrounds for prepared interventions.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Sportimpakt’s team helps organisations to plan monitoring projects and prepares evaluation programmes. Since including evaluation as an inevitable part of large sport programs co-financed by the Ministry of Sports and Tourism in Poland, we were employed by nearly all organisations executing them.
Project impact
We use data analysis to improve effectiveness of organisations. Our researchers can also help you measure the impact of programs and events, particularly in their social dimensions. Through these activities organisations can not only improve the efficiency of its work and implements evidence-based approach to management but may also easily demonstrate and communicate the value of its work.

Here you can find some examples of our recent work. Among the reports you can find local sport analyses conducted for local government and provinces, an examination of the current situation of women in sport in Poland and evaluations of some of the largest all sports programmes implemented in Poland. In many of these areas we were pioneers in Poland building unmatched know-how.
